                                        You declare to reflect the minimum requirements required for participation in the selection of the testimonial. You declare that the data entered are correct and corresponding to the truth. You declare that you are available to work as a testimonial for MSM which includes, by way of example: creation of photo and / or video services that MSM can use all over the world for its advertising campaigns and for publication on physical or virtual media. You declare that you are aware of and accept to be contacted by MSM during or at the end of the selection and that, in the event of assignment of the title of testimonial, the lack of availability to participate in the aforementioned services will result in the loss of the title. The title of testimonial will be decreed by MSM at its sole discretion. The role of Testimonial lasts for at least one year. The fees for the realization of the photo and video services will be established by MSM and agreed from time to time with the Testimonial. If the Testimonial does not accept the realization of the service due to disagreement on the amount offered, MSM has the right to assign the role to other people and the right (but not the obligation) to revoke the title of Testimonial. The title can be revoked at any time. The candidate who will be selected as testimonial undertakes to positively represent MSM and to have a conduct that does not spoil the image of MSM. The candidate declares as of now that she is available for any topless and artistic nude services. The candidate expressly declares to be aware of and accept that the material sent, including photos, can also be used free of charge for the advertising campaigns of MSM, on any physical or virtual medium including the app itself. The services offered to the participants have a duration of three months from the moment of publication of the app in the Stores. MSM undertakes to communicate to the participants the date of publication of the app in the Stores using the email or a direct message to the candidate's Instagram profile. The services offered will be provided through the free assignment of specific tokens that the candidate can use exclusively for the purposes indicated here: obtain greater visibility in the app and take advantage of any exclusive services and features of the app. After the three months, any unused tokens will be reduced. The promoter function is activated automatically when the application is sent. An email message will be sent to the candidate after the application has been analyzed. If the application is not complete, it will be indicated how to complete it. If your application is complete, your personal promoter code will be sent to the candidate. The candidate can invite other people to apply by providing them with her promoter code. For each new candidate who enters the code, the holder of the code will be awarded ten tokens to be used in the app for self-promotion purposes and for access to exclusive features. The personal and sensitive data sent will be consulted exclusively by the MSM team and will not be disclosed to third parties. The candidate can renounce the candidacy at any time by indicating it in response to the welcome email. MSM reserves the right to contact and offer job offers also to candidates who have not obtained the title of testimonial. All candidates who will participate in any photo and / or video services must sign a specific release for the use of the photo / video material created for each service. The publication of the MSM app in the Stores is expected by the end of this year. If the publication takes place subsequently and in any case by December 2022, participation in the selection remains valid. In the event that the project is interrupted indefinitely or in the event that the publication is after the aforementioned date, the participations in the selection will be canceled and the material sent will be canceled and will not be used by MSM. This remote eventuality will be communicated by email to the candidates. 
                                        To facilitate nominations, MSM allows you to specify availability anonymously. MSN cannot guarantee that anonymous nominations will be accepted but reserves the right to consider this possibility. It is also specified that two or more testimonials for each Country could be elected, based on any factors of interest to MSM. Therefore the exclusivity of the title to a single candidate is not guaranteed. MSM also reserves the right to assign the role of Testimonial also in Countries other than the one selected in this form. The data entered must be real. The candidate who will be awarded the title of Testimonial must sign a release for the creation and use by MSM of the advertising material. In this circumstance the entered data will be verified. If the real data of the model does not correspond to those entered here, the assignment of the title of Testimonial will be canceled and we will proclaim another Testimonial. The candidate also assumes all responsibility, even legal, deriving from the insertion of false data and declares to be aware of having to pay MSM compensation for damages resulting from the insertion of false data (by way of non-exhaustive example: reimbursement of expenses incurred by MSM for the organization of the photographic set, any travel and accommodation expenses of the model and all the operators called, compensation for economic damage deriving from the extension of the times for making the advertising material).
                                        The realization of the advertising material will take place on one or more occasions whose dates will be established with the Testimonial, providing a notice of at least 3 weeks. Where the Testimonial cancels participation with less than 7 days' notice prior to the date of the service, the Testimonial will be required to reimburse MSM the following compensation for damages: reimbursement of expenses incurred by MSM for the organization of the photographic set, of any travel and accommodation expenses of the model and of all the operators summoned, compensation for economic damages deriving from the extension of the times for creating the advertising material, any eventual expense or damage that MSM can prove. 
                                        The participant can request the removal of one or more of the uploaded photos by sending a specific request to the email contact visible on this page. You can also possibly request the cancellation of your subscription to the selection, by sending a specific request to the email contact visible on this page.
                                        Data visibility: applications will not be visible to third parties at the moment. MSM can decide at any time to show a provisional and / or definitive ranking of the candidates. In this case, only the name and initial of the surname will be shown, as well as one of the face photos, chosen randomly each time the web page is loaded. This regulation may be subject to change at any time.                                 
                                        It is forbidden to insert photos in which more people appear. Only you can appear in the photo. By uploading a photo you openly declare that the person in the photo is you, that the photo belongs to you and that you have copyright on the photo. You expressly assume all consequences deriving from uploading photos that infringe copyright and expressly relieve MSM from any consequent consequences. Photos with advertisements that incite hatred, racism, discriminatory or offensive are also prohibited. Photos of violent, child pornography, or against the law are also prohibited.
